Meet Katie Wright, your friendly neighborhood special education teacher with a heart of gold and nine years of invaluable teaching experience. Dedicated to making a difference in the lives of students from grades 7 through 12, I bring passion, patience, and a deep understanding of each individual's unique learning needs to the classroom. Additionally, I have the privilege of serving as the middle school student council sponsor, fostering leadership skills and community involvement among our young changemakers.

Born and raised in the charming town of La Crosse, I have developed strong roots in the community, making me not just a teacher, but a trusted mentor and friend to many. When I'm not busy enriching young minds, you'll often find me in the kitchen, whipping up delicious meals, or taking a refreshing dip in the pool. But my favorite pastime of all is spending quality time with my beloved family and my two adorable dogs, Poppy and Mustard.
