2023 Biology II Indiana Dunes Field Trip
Bio
I grew up in an Appalachian Mountain valley in the heart of Pennsylvania. I studied biology as an undergrad and graduate student at Juniata College and Eastern Kentucky University, then spent the better part of the next decade roaming the fields and forests of the eastern United States, gathering bats, wrestling snakes, and starting fires. Between 2016 and 2017 I earned a Masters in Education at Valparaiso University through the Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship. In 2017 I joined the staff of Tri-township Schools to teach Biology and have since had the opportunity to become an even bigger nerd by adding Computer Science to my credentials.
